Shipping Policy
ShopFreunds.com currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping. For orders outside the U.S., please arrange an alternative shipping solution.
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more within the U.S.
Store Pickup (Free)
Store pickup is available at checkout. After entering your shipping information, you may select one of the following locations:
Lakewood: Freund’s & Family – 1201 River Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701
Suffern: Family Wearhouse – 30 Sagamore Ave, Suffern, NY 10901
Williamsburg: Freund’s Perfect Fit – 679 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211
Please note: If items in your order are not available at your selected pickup location, it may take a few additional days for your order to be ready. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Important: Automated emails may occasionally land in your spam folder. Please check there if you have not received an update. You are always welcome to contact us for order status updates.
Refunds
- If your entire order is returned, or your remaining order total falls below $100, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or charged to your card.
- Shipping fees paid on orders that did not qualify for free shipping are non-refundable.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an additional shipping fee will be required to reship the package.
Shipping Liability:
ShopFreunds.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If needed, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Sale Items
- Items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items may occasionally sell out in-store before being updated online. In such cases, the unavailable item(s) will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be processed as usual.
- Orders containing sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded due to missing items, including matching sets or multiples.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with the return policy below.
If you have questions regarding fit and sizing, we encourage you to reach out to us by email or WhatsApp before placing your order.
Returns
Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Seasonal, Fashion & Specialty Items
- Returns within 8 days of delivery: Refund issued
- Returns after 8 days: Not accepted
Basic Clothing & Accessories
- Returns within 14 days of delivery: Refund issued
- Returns between 15–30 days: Store credit issued
- Returns after 30 days: Not accepted
Undergarments & Swimwear
All underwear, undershirts, baby bodysuits, slips, and bathing suits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unworn.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned neatly, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns that are damaged, stained, or altered (unless due to a manufacturer defect) may be refused.
- Please include your packing slip with your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As mentioned above, if your order originally qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total below $100 (or you return the entire order), the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Label Option
If you would like us to provide a return label:
- Email us with your order number and items being returned
- Provide a payment method (minimum $8, depending on label cost)
- The fee will be charged before the label is issued
Important: Once a return label is issued, the package must be shipped within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused or converted to store credit only.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Return Deadlines
All returns must be scanned by the carrier at least one day before the return deadline.
Returns shipped after the deadline will be returned to you at your expense.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5 business days of delivery to our facility.
You will receive an automated confirmation once completed. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us with photos before sending it back.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued to your in-store account and can be used in-store or via phone orders.
